Little do they know that we WERE actually at the airport & NOT ALLOWED to board the plane because of their ill mannered staff. They proceeded to write that, had we canceled our flight (which I tried unsuccessfully), we would have received a flight credit. I disputed half the charges with my credit card company to no avail, as Breeze provided them with documentation saying we were a "no show" to our flight and that they have a "no refund" policy. As a result, we rented a car & drove across the country back home. Instead, I received a message saying "Our small team of humans is actively responding, and our current wait time is longer than we - and you - would like." We then rebooked our flight with a different airline, but that unfortunately got canceled. I tried texting Breeze during this time & did not get a useful response. ![]() ![]() However, because the flight was booked as a round trip, the option to cancel the one way home was grayed out. Once we realized we'd be unable to board our flight home, I tried to cancel it. We stood there baffled by their unfriendly demeanor & poor customer service. They showed me a paper with a Breeze customer service phone # (which doesn't connect you to a live rep but instead tells you to text or email them) & walked away. When I asked to speak with the manager, I was told she'd come meet us, which she never did. Breeze staff merely looked at us, said we were late, and told us we would have to rebook our flight. ![]() We had encountered some difficulty with our car rental return due to a cracked windshield, hence our 2 minute delay. We arrived at the check-in counter at 2:32 pm & were turned away by Breeze Airway staff who refused to print our boarding passes & take our checked bags. Our return flight from Phoenix was scheduled to depart on 6/27/23 at 3:15 pm.
